The 5 farms program
On the edge of town the numbers turn against farming: the land is priced for subdivision, not for what it can grow, and each block alone is too small to be a living. So the farms go, one estate at a time, just as the town grows hungriest for them.
Community champion coaching
Every district has someone who can already see what needs to happen: the farms ageing, the young families leaving, the town edge going under houses. Community champion coaching backs that person to take the lead and get things going for their community.
Mayors and councils
Towns put up signs saying open for business. The towns that win the next generation will be open for farming: the place a young farming family picks because they can get a real start there.

Put your money where your town is
There is a way to own good farmland with your own community, and to know exactly what your money does: it keeps a farm farmed, in local hands, with a young family on it. Locals pool together to bring a farm into the Cultivate Trust, the right farmer goes on, and the land stays farmed and local.
