The Cultivator program
You want to farm in your own right, and you can already see yourself on the place. Start with your own plan: our free books and AI planner take you through the farm that fits, the business on it and the numbers behind it. The Cultivator is the next step, a paid program run with a few farmers at a time, where you turn that plan into a real pitch for a farm owner or a bank. Group coaching
For the next generation of farmers there is a pathway to owning a farm that does not start with buying one. The Cultivate Trust holds farms in local hands: a retiring family places their land in, or local backers buy a farm in, and every one of those farms needs the right farmer on it. Group coaching is where you make yourself that farmer: a paid program, a small circle meeting online with us each month, each working their own plan and their own way in, someone expecting progress by the next call.
