What have you been doing to get farm ready?

We have over the past few dryer than average years been working towards sustainability in dry times, This includes planning, infrastructure, adopting new techniques, marketing, diversification, updating technology for cost savings.

Why are you passionate about farming?

As a 5th generation farmer I believe that you do not become a farmer you are born a farmer, The passion for agriculture develops more and more over the years. passion for success not only in your own farming practices but in the industry as a whole seeing it develop and grow really drives passion for farming

Best days of being a farmer:

My dream farm location would be anywhere from northern NSW to the Northern Territory, Mixed farming with irrigation and dry land cropping for cereal and hay crops, with a balance of cattle country running a quality line of beef cattle breeders and progeny. On the best days would be planting or harvesting a good quality crop, mustering a paddock of fat healthy cattle in an abundance of feed and going to bed with full yards and full silos.
