Why are you passionate about farming?

As a dairy farmer with  ten years of experience, my goal is to produce good quality and low-cost milk for the farm. In the past 5 years, in a teamwork environment through cost-efficient best practices and creative intelligence strategies, we have produced cost effective milk for the sustainable Agriculture Fund Managed by agCap.

Best days of being a farmer:

I believe that trust is an intangible asset. Therefore, I like to work under the efficient and supportive team members. We become stronger while we are together. We have each one’s back during the hard season. Everyone does their job well so that everyone can get the jobs done. I like the taste of achievement. It drives my passion in the dairy. We have achieved the following results for agCap: •Improved the milk production from 360,000 kgMS to 420,000 kgMS in the first year. • Total milk production was 450,000 kgMS  in 2018. • Herd improvement: Increased the productivity and the fertility of herds. • Showed enthusiasm for training : Educated employee effectively. Made non-experienced backpackers into senior diary worker, second in charge and dairy manager in 4 years.
