Best days of being a farmer:

Located in the Lismore area (subtropical Northern NSW). Small enough to have a small team and make it fun, large enough to commercially viable and make an impact in the local market. Controlling all the inputs and managing the process to get the reward of the highest quality produce as the output. Open to expanding. My expertise is in short leafy green crops, fast growth with turnover in 1 month or less. Pesticide free/organic inputs, food safety certified produce.
