January 2020 Land Area: 80 – 400 arable Hectares (200 – 1000 acres) Rainfall: 500 – 1000mm Fencing: Minimum, sufficient boundary fence to contain sheep or cattle within the boundary. Water: Sufficient water for stock carrying capacity. Preferred Infrastructure: Shearing shed and yards, cattle yards, storage shed/workshop, accommodation, access to electricity. Pre-requisites: Soil sampling to be completed by lessee prior to negotiations. Farm practices: The leased land will be developed to a diverse pasture system to build soil and manage healthy animals.
