What have you been doing to get farm ready?

Lower order share milking 4years. Have owned property in NZ to sell to purchase a farm.

Why are you passionate about farming?

Animals would be our biggest passion. The hard work and rewards

Best days of being a farmer:

Best location isn't really an issue for us as long as it is a great opportunity where we could secede ferther in the dairy industry, would love to own a smaller dairy farm with the chance to grow by buying neighbouring farms which would allow us to employ more staff so in our older years we could step back and watch our asset grow. A great/best day on farm for us is first up not having any dead or sick animals in other words every animal is healthy and happy, 2nd would be staff are working together to help one another like a team should work and also them to be happy in and with there work, doing outstanding production for the day. Cows leaving good residuals. Having a laugh with all my staff and there family at the end of the day over a cold beer
